Welcome to BRHC! At BRHC we want to turn your dreams into goals, then help you achieve said goals. In our facility you will find cardio equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and stair steppers), cable machines for just about every muscle group, and a large selection of free weights as well. At BRHC we offer spin classes, silver sneaker classes, and Jiu-Jitsu classes for both adults and children. BRHC is also a 1st Phorm retailer. We carry a variety of 1st Phorm supplements that are available for purchase in store. Along with the supplements we have several coolers stocked with waters, various energy drinks, sports drinks, and protein drinks. At our facility you will find towels available for you to use during your workout and in the restrooms you have access to cubbies to keep your belongings in as well as shower access.  We have an awesome gym community here at BRHC and would love to continue to add to it.
